WILMINGTON, Del.—DuPont Transportation & Advanced Polymers will increase prices for its Zytel product as of Oct. 1 or as contracts allow.
Prices will increase by about $550 per metric ton, according to a DuPont news release.
The new rate will be applied globally, and additional price hikes may be required for some grades.
DuPont Transportation & Advanced Polymers is a DowDuPont Specialty Products Division business that serves the transportation, electronics, industrial and consumer markets. It works with customers to enable material systems solutions.
